Lathem:  How can I correct the time on the PayClock?  It did not automatically go forward for daylight savings (although I do have that default set up on the system).

 
You will first need to verify the time that is on your computer. If it has the correct time all you will need to do is to go into the PayClock software, go under Terminal, and choose send time and date. You also said that you have it set up in the software for daylight savings, on that screen you will notice that you have a send button. You need to click on the send button to load that command down to the clock. If you did not hit the send button and you just highlighted the daylight save box that would not have sent the command down to the terminal.

Time should be sent to the terminal at least once a year, between Jan 1st and the end of March, to insure that the terminal is daylight savings aware.
