When calling into Global Support, you will receive priority handling, and your call will be placed in queue above those customers who do not have a TSP in place. Our Global Support Team will assist you in the fastest, most efficient manner possible. As a Ban-Koe TSP customer, you are assured a quick response from our Product Specialists to ensure the performance of your system.
TSP contracts can be budgeted annually, so there are no surprise costs in maintaining your system.
You can access our representatives as often as you need as part of our standard TSP agreement, and we can communicate with your system remotely to troubleshoot any issue you have. Also, our Global Support Group is available from 7am to 6pm Monday through Friday (Central Time), so you have quick access to us when most issues with your system will arise.
Your system will perform better, and you will get the most out of your system, by partnering with us. Our standard TSP agreements include all software (including custom reports, programs, and interfaces), and can include hardware as well.
TSP customers receive discounts on service and education, including refresher training, new-hire education, on-site support, and services associated with major software upgrades.
