books by swiftly recording visitor information and then using it to create
professional identification badges and custom visitor reports.
Badge Designer
Create your own visitor badge designs by choosing the
information and images that will be printed on each badge. Customize
different badge designs for different types of visitors.
Visitor Pre-Registration
Pre-register visitors and print badges in advance to be available
immediately upon your guests' arrival.
Assisted or Self-Registration Modes
Use kiosk mode for visitor self-registration. Customize the welcome screen to meet your needs with as many images and
text as desired. Also, display a personalized message for each visitor when
he or she completes the sign in process.
In assisted mode, a receptionist/security guard can control the sign in
process, including producing immediate reports on pre-registered visitors,
visitors on the premises, and the day's activity.
Reporting and Exporting
Data
All text data can be exported to ASCII CSV files, which can be used for
other applications such as mass mailings.
The flexible report designer has the ability to specify the following:

Watch List
Use this feature to protect against unwanted visitors or to notify

Sign In Please sends a notification message to specified recipient.
System Security
Sign In Please can be password protected to prevent unauthorized use of computer.
