Once the KioskŪ program has been configured, the employees can enter their employee number to view the punch information.   They can select this pay period or the previous pay period data, then print this information or simply preview it on the screen.  Because they must enter their specific employee or badge number, their ability to view other employee's information is limited.

Flexibility:

• Select the employee by their employee number or badge number.
• Set number of lines in the header in the punch detail report.
• Set the position of the employee name and number in the punch detail report.
• Select file names for the current and previous pay period.
• Select file name of the TKC output file.

Security:

• Password protection on the system configuration.
• Password protection when exiting the program to prevent unauthorized people from doing anything else on that machine.
