Automatically choose the configuration used for processing.
Automatically overwrite the previous output file.
Automatically process and close the program.
For example, typing: TKCto123 C -
"My Configuration"/Overwrite/Autoprocess
With these parameters, the program will start up using the
configuration settings saved as "My Configuration." It will then automatically
process this configuration. If an output file already exists, it will be
overwritten. After the processing is done and the output file is created, the
program will automatically close. Now you can simply open the resulting file with
Microsoft Excel® or Lotus123®.
Configuration Options:
TKC Input User File - Name of the TKC database output file
to process.
Output File Name - Name of the output file.
File Type - Select a file type of either comma delimited or
fixed length.
Transfer Hours and Wages - Either by department or
consolidate.
Display Hours and Wages - Display hour or wage values.
Suppress Header - Suppress the four lines of header
information.
Display Badge Numbers - Include the badge numbers in the
output file.
Repeat Employee Information - Repeats employee information
for each account.
Transfer Zero Hour Departments - Employees without hours
will be transferred.
Display Wage Rate - Employee's wage rate will be displayed.
Hours Format - Select the format for the hour category
values.
Decimal Places - Select how many digits to display after the
decimal place.
Included User Strings - Select which user strings to
display.
Categories - Select with categories to display.
