TourMAN Details

Employees bring a BARman along on their tours and scan the barcode at that location.  The BARman automatically records the employee's name, location, date/time, and the employee-entered status for that punch.   Once they have completed their tours, the information can be downloaded into the TOURman program.

Once the data is loaded in TOURman, you can create reports that can be anywhere from very specific (one employee, on one tour, in one day), to very vague (every employee, on every tour, for 2 weeks).  They can also be used to easily verify that all locations were checked in a thorough and timely manner.  Because skipped locations or exceptionally long completion times create exceptions, printing reports that only contain tours with exceptions easily points out problems that have occurred.
