Network Analysis

Unless you are just starting your business you have already made some investment in your network. We will take stock of your entire network to determine what can be used short term, long term and what should be replaced. Our goal is to preserve as much of your current investment as we can. This will also give us a better understanding how your system is being utilized.

Needs Analysis

Also known as the “Questioning Stage”. How is your network being used today?  How would you like your systems to work in the future? What applications will you be running? Who needs access to what? Etc. The information gathered in this step will be critical in determining recommendations.

Solution Recommendations

From the information gathered in the Analysis stages we will map out a plan to get you from “here to there”.  We will show you the big picture as well as the phases needed to get there. This will not only include products and services that Ban-Koe Companies can deliver but also items that may require a specialist. We have Tier One Partners we work with to provide things such as cabling and wiring, telephone systems and voice and data bandwidth.

Project Management

All significant projects are assigned a Project Manager. Since most implementations include more then one company we help eliminate finger pointing by tracking all elements of the job. the goal is to keep all parties on task to a successful and timely completion of the job at hand.

Installation, Integration, and Implementation

Ban-Koe Companies has the certified IT engineering staff in place to install the solution you require as well integrate it with your current infrastructure. Then we make sure the solution is implemented and working to your satisfaction. We work very closely with our Technology Partnerships for any additional technical support we may need along the way.

On-Going Support

Many suppliers figure once the job is done its time to move on. What you thought was the ultimate solution may change after just a few months. Often its not even a major change. Networks need to be “tweeked” every so often to keep pace with new releases and updates. Ban-Koe Companies has flexible on going support packages that range from time and materials to bundled discounted packages to on call support.
