CMS/Payroll Based Journal (PBJ)
Staffing Data Submission
Section 6106 of the Affordable Care Act requires long-term care facilities to electronically submit daily staffing information every quarter. The Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is responsible for collecting this information using their program Payroll Based Journal (PBJ). Our CMS/PBJ module will ensure that your facility will be able to easily submit this mandatory information and meet all requirements.
Collect Accurate Information
Our vIDix LABOR Time and Attendance software will make sure you are tracking the right staffing information, including contractor hours, that is required to upload. With multiple methods of hour collection; time clocks, web app, or digital timesheets, all types of employees can quickly submit their time information. Staff information will be classified into valid care categories mandated by CMS.
Simplify Data Upload
Don’t spend hours manually keying staff hours into the PBJ system! With our CMS/PBJ module, simply click a button and get your data in an uploadable XML file that meets all PBJ requirements.
